Women Supporting Women
DWPC members support women and families through our charitable donations and service work. Our Adult Education Scholarships help women pursue additional education training opportunities to advance their careers.
This year The DWPC will award three scholarships of $1,500 each to women age 21 or older who are currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program, such as a college, technical school, community college or a certified program. Previous scholarships were awarded to students in nursing and health education, culinary, technology, accounting and communications programs. We are currently accepting applications for the DWPC Adult Education Scholarships.
“Without the financial support from the Dublin Women’s Philanthropic Club going to college would be virtually impossible. As a middle-aged displaced worker, this scholarship is important so I can return to college to re-career for the betterment of my family and society.”
